Fitness room 1 for a perfect workout
Exercise all your muscle groups on the Switching circuit machines. The cardio machines (used with our without a smart card) will help you improve your fitness level. You can also work out on the spinning bikes (Activio). There is plenty of space for various floor exercises. Working out on the Bravo cable trainer. And remember: there are daily abdominal workouts, switching workouts and legs, bums and tums workouts! Check the schedule for more information.News
Tennis level 7-8
As of 27 February the tennis lessons for level 7 and 8 start on Monday and Friday. Levels 8 and above are open to everyone. Times are listed in the sports schedule.
