Powersteps is a form of aerobics which uses a step. Both tempo and intensity are high – more so than in Bodyfit. Powersteps therefore demands a reasonably high level of fitness and is suitable for more advanced participants. The step combinations are more complex and are introduced more rapidly (each session is based on an entirely new combination). Motivational music and expert guidance guarantee an hour of strenuous sweating!
