Career Strategy trainings

Tilburg University supports academics in developing their careers. The Tracks and Aspasia programs provide coaching to female senior researchers, assistant and associate professors and to the fellows of the Philip Eijlander Diversity Program. The program includes individual coaching and small group ‘grow your career’ sessions. Subjects dealt with in this program include attracting sponsors, presenting research, goal setting, career strategy, building leadership capacity, visibility, networking, profiling, gender dynamics, and work-life balance.

Dr. Katrijn van Deun, dr. Nina Kupper and dr. Floortje Mols received an NWO Aspasia grant, a part of which will be spent on these trainings.
