Group Model Building

Together with stakeholders (dean, director, heads of departments, HR advisor and scientists), in the first session the present situation in the departments will be discussed and mapped. In the second session, all relevant gender and diversity related topics are combined in a stock-flow model. This helps stakeholders to find solutions that prevent bias and support gender equality.

The group will then formulate suggestions for interventions to increase the diversity in the teams.
