Tilburg Accountancy Winter Camp 2018

The Tilburg Winter Camp is by invitation only and starts on Monday December 10 at 10am and ends on Tuesday December 11 with a lunch. There is a social activity and dinner on Monday evening.

Accommodation

Space in reasonable hotels in Tilburg is relatively limited, therefore, we urge you to arrange accommodation as soon as possible. Good hotels in Tilburg center are Mercure Hotel Tilburg Centrum
and  City Hotel Tilburg. Other hotels, not in the center, are Van der Valk Hotel Tilburg and Ibis Tilburg.

To go from the city center of Tilburg to our campus, you can take the train (5 minutes) or walk (about 50 minutes). If you are not staying in the center, you can take a taxi.

Transportation

The city of Tilburg and the campus of Tilburg University can be easily reached from Schiphol Airport by train (1.5 hours train trip). Please see the website of the Dutch railway company to plan your
trip (www.ns.nl). One can also come to Tilburg via the airports of Rotterdam and Eindhoven but both airports do not have a train station connected to the airport. Participants who also attend the
Conference on New Directions in Management Accounting can easily go to Brussels by train.
