  • May 2016: 91% of our Bachelor’s students and 86% of our Master’s students are satisfied with their study program (comparable schools in the Netherlands score on average 83% and 82%, respectively)

Study Guide Universities

  • Mar 2016: The Master’s programs in Econometrics & Mathematical Economics, Quantitative Finance & Actuarial Science, Tax Economics, and Accountancy as well as the Research Master in Business rank number one in the Netherlands.
  • Nov 2016: The Bachelor’s programs Economics, International Business Administration and Tax Economics rank number one in the Netherlands. The Bachelor’s program in Economics earned a Top label.

Elsevier Best Studies 2016

  • Sep 2016: Tilburg University is ranked third (in 2015: fifth) among the thirteen Dutch universities, based on the satisfaction of Bachelor’s students. The three TiSEM Bachelors with a #1 position are Economics, Fiscal Economics, and International Business Administration, while also Econometrics, EBE and Business Economics score in the upper segment of their respective clusters. The TiSEM Masters in #1 position are the programs of Strategic Management and International Management.

ESB Economists’ top 40

  • Dec 2015: Four researchers from Tilburg School of Economics and Management in the top 10 (Jaap Abbring, Rik Pieters, Arthur van Soest and Jan van Ours), and eleven in the top 40. TiSEM ranks first in the ESB Institute Top.
