Library card
The Tilburg University Library is open to the public. But during the exam period the University Library is only accessible for students and staff of Tilburg University.

Subscription
Students and Staff of Tilburg University have to use their Tilburg University Card.
If you want to borrow materials or submit a depot request you need a library card.
Visitors can purchase a library card at the Library Support Desk.
Costs
- € 15 subscription fee and
- € 15 deposit
Registration
You need to show a valid ID at your registration.
Validity
The subscription is valid for one year. Prolongation is possible.
Students and staff Dutch universities
Free subscription for students and staff members from other Dutch universities (including the Open Universiteit).

- A proof of registration or staff card from your own university.
Tilburg University alumni
A membership to the University Library is free for alumni. Alumni must first apply for an alumni pass. This pass is available to donors, volunteers and members of alumni associations.

Brabant-Collectie
A subscription for the Brabant-Collectie is free. However, we ask a €15,- deposit. Please bring a valid ID card for the registration.
Loss or theft library card
Please contact the Library Support Desk as soon as possible in case of loss or theft. We can block your library card for you.
