Core 30

Core 30 is a revolutionary 30-minute workout on music for your stomach, buttock, back and muscle loops upper and lower body together. The training is conditional not heavy. The focus is more on strength and endurance of the participant. This makes Core 30 the ultimate way to tight your core and improving the functional strength to promote balance, mobility and prevention of injuries.

The training is suitable for everybody who wants to strengthen his or her stomach, back and buttocks. It doesn't matter how experienced you are or how well 'trained' you are. Core 30 offers exercises at different levels. The training can be used to complement their current (strength) training workouts or group lessons, but can as well be attended by persons who normally don't attend any fitness of group lessons.
