Keep moving

The 'Keep Moving' sessions have formed part of the Sports Center's program for many years and remain as popular as ever. They offer general condition training and include all basic exercise types as well as specific muscle-toning exercises, all performed to music.

The sessions apply the interval training principle, whereby the strenuous, high-intensity exercises are alternated with gentler muscle-toning movements. The overall objective is to increase stamina.

Keep Moving involves no complex steps or movements and is therefore suitable for everyone, regardless of their current level of fitness.
