Poledancing

Pole dancing is the ultimate workout for the whole body. This intensive sport improves both your cardio fitness and your muscle strength: your muscles because you use your arms and legs to hold onto the pole and your stamina because you continuously try to keep yourself in the air on the pole. It is a high intensity workout, so you’ll soon burn calories and be able to see the result within weeks!


Poledance intermediate

Do you feel confident doing basic spins and moves such as: Basic Invert, Climb, Inverted Crucifix, Inside & Outside Leghand and Butterfly? And are you still excited about this challenging workout? Than please join the class Tuesday evening! Since everyone is different the moves will be adjusted to fit your qualities and ambitions!
