Spinning and virtual spinning

Spinning is an intensive form of cardio-vascular exercise which involves pedalling like fury on a stationary bicycle. The workout strengthens the heart, increases lung capacity, improves circulation and helps to tone the muscles. An hour of spinning is a hard physical work-out!

'Spinners' canĀ  wear a Activio heart rate monitor during the session.
