Jiu Jitsu

Jiu jitsu translates as 'the art of softness' and is a form of self defence which originated in Japan. You learn to defend yourself against a far stronger opponent by exploiting his vulnerabilities. It is all a question of watching and anticipating.

Jiu jitsu can be practised as a competitive sport or as a hobby.
