Boot camp

Do you really want to be fit? Join boot camp at the Sports Center. Boot camp is for men and woman, where the emphasis lies on increasing strength, speed, stamina and agility.

By "strength" we mean functional strength that can be applied to movement patterns from everyday life. That is why we work out with everything we run into in the gym or on the road. Anything will do: little weights, coordination ladders, benches, trunks, car tires, fences or even fellow teammates. The boot camp trainer comes up with anything, but always safe.

Do you dare to be fit and healthy? Then make sure you join in!
