Keuzegids Universiteiten 2024: Two top-rated programs; four Bachelor’s programs rank #1
Like last year, two of Tilburg University’s Bachelor’s programs have been awarded the Top Program quality label in the Keuzegids Universiteiten 2024. Students have also ranked four Tilburg University Bachelor’s programs as the best in their field. The annual Keuzegids Universiteiten ranks all academic Bachelor’s programs, with the ranking being largely based on student satisfaction measured through the National Student Survey (NSE).
Philosophy and Theology top-rated programs once again
With a total score of 78, the Philosophy Bachelor’s program belongs to the top of Dutch academic education, and that is why, like last year, this program has been awarded the Top Program quality label by the CHOI (Center for Higher Education Information, the editor of the Keuzegids). With a total score of 77, the Theology Bachelor’s program has also retained its position as a Top Program.
Four Bachelor’s programs best in their field
The Tilburg University Bachelor’s programs in Philosophy, Fiscal Economics, Global Law, and Public Administration (Bestuurskunde) have all achieved higher scores than competing programs and can rightfully claim to be the best programs in their fields. Our Bachelor’s programs in Online Culture: Art, Media and Society (2nd out of 6), Cognitive Science and Artificial Intelligence (3rd out of 9), Psychology (3rd out of 11), Economics (2nd out of 10), Econometrics and Operations Research (2nd out of 6), and Data Science (3rd out of 8), also perform well in this year’s Keuzegids ranking.

As in last year’s edition, the scores reflect students' satisfaction with the following aspects: program content, lecturers, examination and assessment, alignment with professional practice, and atmosphere.
