In deciding to apply for one of our academic programs at Tilburg University, you have made a fantastic choice. We offer high quality education, and we are sure you have made a decision you will not regret.

To begin the application procedure, we need some information from you. To make sure we receive the information we need to assess your application correctly, application form

How do I fill in the application form?
It has never been so easy! Simply complete the seven steps listed below, complete the information requested - and that's it! The seven steps are:

  • Step 1: Creating your personal application account
  • Step 2: Completing your PERSONAL DETAILS
  • Step 3: Completing CONTACT INFORMATION (in case of emergency)
  • Step 4: Adding the PROGRAM INFORMATION
  • Step 5: Confirming details of your EDUCATION
  • Step 6: LANGUAGE COMPETENCE
  • Step 7: Tell us HOW YOU FOUND OUT ABOUT TILBURG UNIVERSITY

When you click on the SUBMIT button at the end of Step 7, you will be shown an overview of your application. Please check the information is correct PRINT and SIGN the overview. Send this copy with your application package to Tilburg University. Please carefully follow the instruction given in the application confirmation e-mail.

After you completed the application form an overview will be shown. Please check all information before you confirm. After you confirmed you'll receive a conformation e-mail. Read this e-mail carefully. In the e-mail you are told to what post address you can't send your application form and what requirements you have to include.

Make sure you provide us with good information
After you have submitted your application, you will receive an e-mail confirming the submission of your application. Read this e-mail carefully. In the e-mail you are given further information about the documents you must send to us, together with the printed version of your application overview, and to which address you must send your application.

Make sure you send us all the required documents - only complete applications will be assessed for admission.

Can I change my application request?
It is possible to change your personal information or to add your academic program simply by signing in to your application account again. For more information, please see the example application.

Until when can I change my application?
You can change your application right up to the moment you send your application package by post to Tilburg University. The application sent by post must be the same as your latest digital application form. Your application will only be assessed if both the digital and hard copy applications are the same.

Yes, Tilburg University has deadlines!
Tilburg University has deadlines for the receipt of applications. Please remember that complete application packages must be received by the appropriate deadlines. For more information, please go to Deadlines. When the deadline has passed, your opportunity to study at Tilburg University for the coming academic year may have passed, so please send your application to us on time!

What happens next?
After your complete application package has been received, your request for admission will be assessed. You will then be informed about the next step in the admission procedure.
