Tuition Fees
Information about the tuition fees for 2011-2012 will be available as from November 2010.
To give you an indication of the tuition fees for the next academic year, the following were the tuition fees for the Bachelor's programme 2010-2011:
  • EEA citizens ¤ 1,672
  • Non-EEA citizens ¤ 6,450

    Students can choose to pay their tuition fees in instalments.

    Cost of Living
    You will find life in Tilburg relatively inexpensive compared to life in other Dutch university cities, such as Amsterdam and Utrecht. ¤ 800 per month or ¤ 9,600 per year is the approximate cost of living.

    Government grants for Dutch students
    Dutch students are eligible for a basic student grant, which in higher education translates as: • An allowance per month. The basic grant for the academic year 2009-2010 was set at approximately u 90 per month for students living with their parents and u 230 for students living on their own. • A student national transport card. • An interest-bearing loan. • A supplementary grant (your eligibility to receive this supplement depends on the income of your birth parents).
