Study abroad during Online Culture: Art, Media and Society

We believe that international study experiences play an important role for a strong profile and personality which can influence your future career. Studying abroad is the perfect way to broaden your horizon and to enrich your study program: studying abroad guarantees unforgettable experiences - being highly valued by prospective employers. We therefore offer our Bachelor’s students the possibility to spend a few months in a country of their choice in the third year of their study program.

A valuable experience

Going on exchange is a big adventure: experiencing a whole new culture, language and way of life, including the ways in which different cultures view the world, and even how differently they approach university education. Immersing yourself in a new city with new people and studying at another university is an exciting and educational experience.

When can I go on exchange?

In the third year of your studies, we offer you the opportunity to spend the Spring semester in a different country. We have exchange agreements with top partner universities in Europe and Asia. As a student of Tilburg University you can choose from a number of international destinations, such as:

  • Shanghai International Studies University: Shanghai, China
  • Universidad Autonoma de Madrid: Madrid, Spain
  • Università per Stranieri di Siena: Roma, Italy
  • Katholieke Universiteit Leuven: Leuven, Belgium
