ICT and Education
ICT plays an important role in language education. That is why the Language Center initiates its own innovation projects and participates in national projects such as the Nationwide Programme e-learning (NAP) and Intuit (English Tutoring through IT).
ICT applications
The past few years, the Language Center has implemented a number of ICT applications in its language education, such as the Toolbox, the Course Portfolio, and Blended Learning. The latter is a combination of online learning and contact hours. The Language Center has also developed a number of websites and study materials used for private study.
Future
The Language Center will continue to work on optimising, specifying, and updating the ICT applications. Other spearheads are a good balance between teaching and private study, project effectiveness, instructor development, and knowledge sharing between lecturers.
