Registration Language Courses

Tilburg University Students
Students can register for Language Center courses through COMAP. When the maximum number of participants has been reached, it will no longer be possible to register. You can choose to be placed on a waiting list and/or to try again the following semester.
The registration for the autumn semester starts at 1 August 2011, 11.00 hours and registration for the spring semester starts 7 November 2011, 11.00 hours.
It is possible to unenrol from courses throughout the registration period: before 23 August for the autumn semester and before 23 January for the spring semester. It is not possible to register by mail or by phone. You pay for your course with your Language Vouchers or you pay a reduced rate of € 54.00 per ECTS.

Tilburg University employees
Employees can take part in a Language Center course at a reduced rate of € 54.00 per ECTS. Registration occurs through the Student Desk. You can download the registration form New window PDF . It is not possible to register by mail or phone. There is great interest in language courses and waiting lists often occur, so it is important to register quickly.

Alumni
The Language Center offers alumni of Tilburg University a discount on language courses for 10 years after graduating.
Alumni can take Language Center courses for the reduced price of € 54.00 per ECTS. Registration occurs through the Student Desk. You can download the registration form New window PDF . You can hand in the completed registration form at the Student Desk or send it to here together with a copy of your certificate.
You cannot register by telephone or regular mail.

Non-University Students
Non-university students who wish to register for a Language Center course need to fill out the registration form New window PDF . This form can also be requested by phoning the Student Desk. The rates for non-university participants is € 66.00 per ECTS. On the registration form, you indicate the method of payment. Please read the information on the registration form carefully. If you are sure you meet the entry requirements, you hand in the completed registration form at the Student Desk or send it to:

Admittance to the course is final only when the Language Center has received the course fee or a confirmation letter from the organisation paying for the course (for instance Social Affairs, employer, or Foundation for Refugee Students (UAF). After receipt of the course fee, the Language Center determines if you can be placed in a course immediately or if you are placed on a waiting list. You receive an invitation to take part in the course after your registration is final. In the event of an insufficient number of participants, the Language Center reserves the right to cancel the course.
