Graduates of the Master's in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics program are awarded an internationally-recognized Tilburg University Master of Science degree and are qualified to pursue careers in a range of different arenas.Our graduates have found successful careers in specialist roles in government departments, consultancy firms, research institutes, the research departments of large companies, banks, insurance companies, pension funds, and consultancy agencies.
Many of our graduates pursue scientific careers in econometrics, mathematical economics, operations research or quantitative economics by applying for the second year of the Research Master's program in Business or Economics at CentER Graduate School, leading to a PhD track in Economics or Econometrics. Many of today's professors in economics have a background in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics.
