The Tilburg University Master in International Management offers you the opportunity to be trained as that highly skilled generalist on the threshold of the main disciplines in business and management. You learn how an organization should operate in a corporate responsible way to create value for all stakeholders involved (shareholders, customers and employees) as well as creating social and economic values in the countries the organization is operating. You will be stimulated to obtain a critical attitude to ask the right questions and to provide potential solutions and an overview of the consequences in all business fields.

During the course of this full-time one-year program you will expand your knowledge of the practical and theoretical dimensions of international management issues. The scope of the program is broad. You follow courses in all fields of business and management, such as accounting, finance, management, marketing, organizational systems and corporate responsibility. The latter is the focus point of the entire program. As a graduate, you’ve obtained the tools to quickly understand the difficulties on the threshold of the different departments of the organization you work for. This will give you the potential to put yourself on the fast track to the career of your dreams in business, non-profit or the public sector.
