The Dutch government has several grants for international students who pursue a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the Netherlands:

Excellence scholarship
Excellent students with a Bachelor degree of Tilburg University, can apply for an 'Excellence Scholarship'. The scholarship must be used for a Master's abroad or a Research Master at Tilburg University. This scholarship is available for fulltime students with a Bachelor degree from Tilburg University.
