Course aims

The business world needs people with spirit, insight, and talent to create innovation. That is why innovation and entrepreneurship are key priorities on global policy agendas. It is at Tilburg University that new entrepreneurs develop their business knowledge and skills. So why don’t you start your entrepreneurial future at Tilburg University?

The Tilburg University Summer School International Entrepreneurship Program is a four-week program offered by the Tilburg Center of Entrepreneurship (TCE) during the summer break. It combines academic courses with skills trainings, a company visit, entrepreneurial games, and a final challenge to support your successful entrepreneurial future.

The International Entrepreneurship Program will introduce you to and deepen your knowledge and skills on entrepreneurship in an international setting. The program will put theory into daily practice by offering courses and skills training, necessary to assess and shape an opportunity and to present your findings to a panel of experts.

Course information

During the first three weeks, you will attend academic courses in the morning, followed by a skills training session in the afternoon. The skills training sessions are more general. Their aim is to enhance the academic knowledge and build a bridge towards the more practical aspects of entrepreneurship. The program concludes with a final challenge in Week 4. Students break up into teams to tackle a real-life case study from a local entrepreneur and compete for the title of Tilburg University Summer School Entrepreneurship Team of the year.
