Work & Move: anti-RSI software has been extended
Our contract with the supplier of Work & Move has recently been extended. The software tool WORK & MOVE that we offer to employees / students is the personal coach, which ensures sufficient variation between concentrated screen work and mental and physical exercise.
This software provides insight and feedback on computer behavior. On the basis of a personal need, the software recommends an optimal work-rest rhythm and helps to make this rhythm your own.
If you use this software, you may have received the message "your license has expired". ICT has created a new version of Work & Move, which users can install themselves from Software Center. For users who already had the old version installed, it will then be replaced by the new version with the new license that runs until May 15, 2026. Personal settings and achievements are retained.
