Paper submission
The deadline for paper submission to the website is the 15th of June. Participants will receive an email when the upload tool is ready. Please send your paper to the chairs and participants in your panel as well. Papers should be written in English and can be between 4000 and 8000 words. Panel chairs are free to introduce an alternative format for papers and presentations.
Paper presentations
Panel sessions include a presentation and discussion of each accepted paper in relation to the theme of the panel. Presentations should be short in order to enhance the discussions. A computer and projector will be available in every room. Please, make sure to bring presentations and other audiovisual material on an USB stick. Chairs of the panels are the main responsible persons for the panel format, including the designation of a chair and a discussant. The conference organizers encourage alternative panel formats. The panel organizers are requested to communicate and prepare their format with participants.
