Ik ben een organisatorisch theoreticus die geïnteresseerd is in sociale kwesties in management, gespecialiseerd in niet-standaard en precair werk binnen de context van digitale platforms. Mijn passie in onderzoek en onderwijs is om met behulp van kwalitatieve methoden de aanpassing van organisaties en werknemers aan de huidige trends van snelle technologische innovatie, hoge precariteit en de sterke vraag naar maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen te onderzoeken en te onderwijzen.

Onderwijs

Ik coördineer en ontwikkel samen met Ashley Metz de masteropleiding in Digitale Transformatie.

Ik coördineer of geef les in de vakken Grondslagen van Organisatiestudies en Strategische Besluitvorming. In deze cursussen focus ik op democratische en duurzame manieren van organiseren, rekening houdend met mondiale vraagstukken zoals klimaatverandering of ongelijkheid.
