Het bestuur van de Tilburg School of Social and Behavioral Sciences wordt gevormd door de decaan, de vice-decaan onderwijs, de vice-decaan onderzoek en de directeur.

Het faculteitsbureau draagt zorg voor de facultaire financiën, personeelszaken, communicatie en internationale relaties. De IT-ondersteuning bij Social and Behavioral Sciences wordt verzorgd door SpITs.
