Available scholarships
Tilburg University offers several scholarship possibilities. This page shows the available scholarships. Click the links for more detailed information.

Koopmans Scholarships
For several excellent non-Dutch students a full Koopmans scholarship of €1,000.00 net per month is available. Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and always include a tuition waiver for non-EEA students. Students joining the program in the first or second year of the Research Master are eligible for these scholarships. All applicants who want to be considered for a Koopmans Scholarship should have submitted their completed applications by February 1, 2012. Current RM students cannot apply for a Koopmans Scholarship.

CentER Scholarships
For excellent non-Dutch students a CentER scholarship of €420.00 net per month is available. Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit and always include a tuition waiver for non-EEA students. Students joining the program in the first or second year of the Research Master are eligible for these scholarships. All applicants who want to be considered for a CentER Scholarship should have submitted their completed applications by February 1, 2012. Current RM students can apply for a CentER Scholarship.

Netspar Scholarships
For the new academic year beginning in September 2012, Netspar will provide scholarships of €3,000 per year for selected students entering the second year of the Research Master program. An open competition will be held among the second-year Research Master students of the faculties participating in the Netspar program. For more information about these scholarships, and the application rules, please see here. Note that a Netspar Scholarship cannot be combined with a Koopmans scholarship.

CIR Scholarships
For the academic year 2012-2013, the Center for Innovation Research (CIR) offers four partial scholarships of € 5000 (€ 500 per month) to second-year Research Master students who plan to specialize in one of the fields targeted by CIR: innovation strategy, organization of innovation and learning as related to innovation (see http://www.tilburguniversity.nl/cir/). Students who already receive a CentER grant are eligible for the CIR scholarship. However, the CIR scholarship cannot be combined with the Koopmans grant.

Excellence Scholarships
Excellent students with a bachelor degree of Tilburg University, can apply for an 'Excellence Scholarship'. Please note: this scholarship is ONLY available for fulltime students with a bachelor degree from Tilburg University! The scholarship is a grant of 2500 euro plus 5000 euro max. in case of a Master's program abroad (depends on the fee abroad). The scholarship must be used for a Master's program abroad or a Research Master at Tilburg University. At least 45 ECTS of this program must be obtained. More information here
