Notation

Notation in econometrics is not standardized. A suggested standardization was proposed by Karim Abadir and myself in 2002:

Abadir, K.M. and J.R. Magnus (2002), Notation in econometrics: a proposal for a standard, Econometrics Journal, 5, 76-90.

This notation is used in the Cambridge University Press Series Econometric Exercises and is encouraged by The Econometrics Journal.

For the convenience of authors we give a zip file, which contains the latex and style files. The zip file also contains the PDF output.
