The institute provides its research staff and visiting researchers with a congenial research environment and excellent opportunities. Research focuses on psychology, sociology, organizational sciences and methodology.

Research Master

The two-year master program "Research Master in Social and Behavioural Sciences" teaches very talented students state-of-the-art knowledge and skills within their field. The focus is on social-cultural, organisational or psychological topics, combined with methods relevant for a particular choice. The program has a strong international orientation and combines learning and doing research. The teachers are excellent researchers who are dedicated to prepare students for a research career in academia or elsewhere. Each year, only 30 students are allowed into this high quality programme.
