Birte Christensen-Dalsgaard
has worked as Deputy Director General at the Royal Library in Denmark since 2008. Before that, she worked as a physics researcher, head of R&D at UNI-C, the computing centre for research and education, Head of IT Research and Development and later Director of Development at the State and University Library in Aarhus.
Rob Grim
Since May 2007,
Rob has worked as a Research Data Specialist at the Library and IT Services department at Tilburg University (TU). He is aiming to increase and extend the support for the (re)use of research data among research groups, PhD and other students. As part of exploring the role of a data librarian, he is also exploring ways to innovate library services specifically relating to research data. From 1999-2007 he was employed as a data analyst at the Institute for Labour Studies (OSA).
Lisa Janicke Hinchliffe
Since 2002, Lisa Hinchliffe
has been an Associate Professor and the Coordinator for Information Literacy Services and Instruction at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign as well as adjunct faculty in the Graduate School of Library and Information Science. She is internationally sought after as a conference speaker/librarian trainer and is published in the fields of information literacy, library assessment, and academic libraries. She is the 2010-2011 President of the Association of College and Research Libraries.
Thomas Place
Since 2008,
Thomas has been Project Manager Innovation Digital Library at Tilburg University, Library and IT Services. Before that, he was Manager Innovation and Internationalisation, Deputy Librarian, and Social Sciences Librarian at the Tilburg University Library. Since 1989, he has been involved in many local, national and international library automation projects.
Jola Prinsen
Jola Prinsen
has been working at Ticer as Deputy Manager since 1995. Before that, she worked at Tilburg University library as information specialist, head of the computer science documentation centre, head fee-based information services, and PR and communications officer. Jola has been involved in programming Ticer courses since the first Summer School in 1996.
Hans Roes
After studying
monetary economics at Tilburg University, Hans Roes worked as a teacher and student counsellor at Tilburg University, before joining the university library In several capacities he was involved in and managed projects in library innovation, electronic publishing and e-learning. Hans works also as senior consultant for Ticer. Since November 2005, Hans is Director of Information Resources and Multimedia at the Jacobs University Bremen gGmbH.
