Didactical approach
During the course several training methods will be applied.
- All modules include four lectures by experts in their field.
- Lectures are either concluded with a 30-minute discussion session or contain a 30-minute interactive component, thus guaranteeing the interactive nature of the programme.
- Participants and lecturers receive a course pack with papers and/or slides.
- Participants may be asked to read papers before the start of the course.
- The course days are long, but long coffee/tea, lunch, and dinner breaks enable you to socialize and network. Sharing of experiences between participants is considered essential.
- Short, informal networking sessions poster sessions, are offered to better exchange esperiences between participants.
- In many cases, lecturers attend presentations by other speakers as well. Sometimes they even decide to stay the whole course. This, in combination with the limited size of the group, enables you to talk with them in an informal atmosphere.
- Training will not stop when you return home. Via a discussion list, participants and lecturers can communicate with each other and continue sharing experiences. Also, a LinkedIn group helps you to keep you in contact with each other.
