Invoice

You can send us an invoice after the course. The course manager will send you a reminder. To be able to pay your expenses and fee, while complying with tax regulations, we need one invoice, with receipts. The invoice should be addressed to:

Tilburg University
Library and IT Services
Ticer
Attn. Ms Mariette van Looij
P.O. Box 90153
5000 LE Tilburg
The Netherlands
Or you can send your invoice plus receipts by email to M.vanLooij@uvt.nl.

The invoice should separately state:

  • Your lecturer fee. This fee was mentioned in Ticer's original invitation. The fee is including VAT.
  • Your travel expenses (please enclose receipts).
The following data should be on the invoice. Not providing us with all the data will slow down the payment process considerably.
