Diagnosis and Triage

Everyone has to deal with situations where opposed interests may potentially lead to a conflict. For most people, however, such situations are quite rare. Most people are not very experienced in dispute resolution, and may lack the knowledge needed to resolve their conflict quickly, at low cost, and with little damage to the relationship with the other party. What can I do? What should I do first? Where can I get help? Within the Diagnosis and Triage, a method is developed that can be used to guide people on their path towards resolving a conflict.
