Guide for supervisors improves support for employees with mental health issues
27th June 2023A new, science-based approach can help supervisors support their employees with mental health issues. It involves identifying and discussing mental problems with employees and adjusting the work environment in a timely fashion to prevent absenteeism. This is shown by Suzanne van Hees in her PhD research. She will defend her PhD thesis at Tilburg University on Friday, June 30, 2023.
