Refund tuition fee
You are entitled to restitution of 1/12 of the tuiton fees paid for each full month following termination.
- If you have paid the full amount tuition fee, the overpaid amount will be refunded. For instance, you hand in your deregistration form on November 5th. Your registration will be terminated on December 1st and 9/12 of the full amount tuition fee will be refunded.
- If the tuition fee is paid in installments, the inning of the installments will proceed as planned up to the first month of termination.
For instance, you hand in your deregistration form on November 8th. Your registration will be terminated on December 1st. On November 29th the last installment will be transferred from your account. Three installments have been paid = ¤ 880,50 for students falling under the statutory fee. For 3 months registration you owe 3/12 from ¤ 1713 = ¤ 428,25.
