Catering & hospitality satisfaction survey
This week, we are conducting a satisfaction survey from within the University asking for the opinions of a random group of students and staff about a number of contractors and their services (various restaurants, Grand Café, Faculty Club, coffee/snack vending machines). We are conducting this survey because we think it is important that these services meet your needs. So your opinion is very important to optimize our services.
The survey is conducted twice a year with approximately half of the students and half of the staff receiving an email inviting them to take this survey. Participation in the survey is completely anonymous.
This year's first measurement took place in May. After this week's measurement, we will receive an annual report that we will discuss with our contractors to see if there are areas for improvement in services. As a result of the survey in May, various actions have already been initiated at the various locations and the Cirfood banqueting.
