Overview Audio Visual equipment

As student or staff of Tilburg University you can reserve equipment for teaching and research purposes. Using the equipment for this purposes does not involve costs.

Equipment
You may reserve following equipment:
  • Digital voice recorder (excl. batteries) *
  • Box with microphone (incl. CD player and USB port)
  • Headphone
  • Microphone
  • Beamer
  • Overhead projector
  • Digital video camera (with harddisk)
  • Flip-chart
  • Projection screen
  • Separate tripod
*You can borrow the equipment for a 24-hour period. An exception is the digital voice recorder; you may borrow it for two weeks. Check the conditions before you submit a request.

Attention! Reservations which are not picked up within 24 hours after the expiration term will be cancelled.

Fine
Return the equipment in time. Otherwise you have to pay a € 10 fine for the first day the expiration term. As from the second day you'll pay € 5 per day. If you still haven't returned the equipment after 44 days, you'll get a bill for the replacement costs, the costs of making it available again and the administration costs. If necessary, we will involve debt-collection agency.
