Nomination & application at the partner university

Once you have been selected as an exchange student you will be nominated at the host university that you have been selected for. This means that your exchange coordinator will contact the host university and will send your name and e-mail address to the coordinator there. Your host university will then inform you on how to proceed with the application.

All students will need to apply formally to the partner university. This is a necessary step. Please make sure to find out about the application procedure at the partner university, either through information you might receive from them, or by looking it up yourself on their website. It is very important to submit your documents on time, so make sure you know when the deadlines are!
