Transferring grades and credits

It will sometimes be possible to transfer the credits you receive for your internship project to your regular study program here at Tilburg University. You will need to look closely at the content of your (research) internship project together with your Academic Advisor. Whether the credits can be transferred to your study program or count towards your thesis grade will depend on the responsibilities you are given, level, work load and number of working hours indicated in your internship contract.

Your academic advisor will decide whether the internship project is a good addition to your study program and will define how many credits may count towards the total number of ECTS on your diploma, or whether these ECTS will be added on top of your program.

At the School of Economics and Management students will not receive ECTS credits for an internship and can therefore not apply for the Erasmus Internship Grant.
