This is a session for all students who want to find out more about going on exchange. In this session, we will cover:

  • Why should you go on exchange
  • Application process
  • Deadlines
  • Finance & Scholarship information

Remember, without attending one of our information sessions, you will not be able to make an appointment later with an exchange coordinator.

Appointments towards deadline 4 February

If you still have questions after attending an information session, it is possible to talk to an Exchange Coordinator of the region that you are interested in. The Study Abroad & Exchange office will organize Q&A sessions where you can ask more specific questions about destinations from a region. The Q&A sessions will take 2 hours, you are free to walk in or leave if your questions are answered. A maximum of 15 students can sign up for the Q&A session.

Please note that it will not be possible to schedule a one-on-one meeting with the exchange coordinators.

Deadlines 2019/2020

Deadlines for students wanting to go on exchange in 2019/2020:

  • 4 February 2019 – at noon
  • 1 April 2019 – at noon
  • 1 July 2019 – at noon
  • 2 September 2019 – at noon

Before you can apply for an exchange you need to check your eligibility.
