Academic advisors
Every faculty has an academic advisor (sometimes also called study advisor, academic counselor or study counselor). You can contact them with the questions and problems that are specifically related to your educational program.
The academic advisor can help you with difficulties related tp a specific subject in your educational program, special exam schedules and applications for oral exams, composition of optional subjects or specialisation, study problems (approach, planning, studying skills, motivation) study delay, etc.
Also, when you are a student with a disability or if you have a (chronical) illness that impedes your study progress, you should contact the academic advisor as soon as possible.
General information
For more general problems (not directly related to your course of studies), you should approach the student counselors
