Funded by the SHRM Foundation, USA. HR Governance project explores HR's role in corporate governance in terms of activities around corporate compliance, governance of the HR function itself, governance of the work climate, and institutional entrepreneurship (sponsored by ING and Fortis). Global HR Research Alliance project exploring HR functional excellence in multinational companies, in conjunction with Cornell, INSEAD and Cambridge universities (sponsored by the Sanyo Corporation).
