Expertise
Henriëtte Prast is a member of the Wetenschappelijke Raad voor het Regeringswezen and is Professor of Personal Financial Planning at Tilburg University. She is affiliated to Netspar. Since April 2000 she writes a weekly column on economics and psychology in the Dutch financial newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad. Her expertise is behavioral economics and its policy implications, with a focus on personal finance (notably, pensions, aging and retirement), health related beahvior and sustainability.
Henriëtte Prast is member of the supervisory board of the Dutch Financial Market Authority (AFM), non executive board member and member of the audit committee of de Staatsloterij and non executive board member of Woonzorg-Espria. She is also a member of the curatorium of De Baak Management Centrum VNO/NCW, member of the Monitoring Committee Corporate Governance (committee-Streppel), and member of the Advisory Board of the Actuarial Society.
