Expertise
From 1853 soul care in the Netherlands could once more be guided by Dutch bishops. For the discharge of this soul care the bishops could rely on a growing number of secular and regular priests. The research aims to gauge the impact of these groups on soul care, and how the regular priests, members of orders and congregations, have managed to establish a place of their own in the catholic sub-society of our country.
