Rob is an expert in IT assurance and IT advisory services. He reviews and advices all relevant components in the IT life cycle. IT governance is his main area of expertise, on a regular basis he deals with this topic on Board and Supervisory Board level. Rob is partner at KPMG and repsonsible for the IT Advisory services in the region Europe, Middle East and Africa

ITA lead partner both for Audit and Non-audit clients.
Global IT Advisory partner for Shell, part of the Global account team.
Coordinating IT assurance product developments (ERP, external audit) on a global scale.
Accountancy tutor at Tilburg University since 1997.
IT-auditing Academic Director at Tias Business School since 1998.
IT-auditing professor at Tilburg University since 1 September 2004.
Chairman of ITA Europe/Partner in Charge of ITA EMA since 1 October 2007.
Published several books and articles on IT-auditing in the past 10 years.
