Projects

Reinout Wibier's research focuses on the structure of Dutch civil law (proporty law) and the way in which this law operates in international (finance) practice, with an emphasis on choses in action as the object of proprietary rights. The research uses concepts derived from contract law as a basis for studying the problem.
