Expertise

Renee de Reuver is program manager of the master Human Resource Studies at the school of Social and Behavioral Sciences. In 2003 she earned her Ph.D. degree from Tilburg University (dissertation: Manager and Conflict: the construction and evaluation of the test for handling common organizational conflicts). Her research interests include organizational conflict, social status, equity, performance management and leader-member relationships. Furthermore, she has a strong interest in individual assessment and test construction. Currently she participates an academic workplace on management of diversity in youth care facilities, funded by Zonmw. She publishes in journals like European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology, International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Business and Psychology, Journal of Managerial Psychology.
