Full Professor

Tilburg Law School
Department for Public Law, Jurisprudence and Legal History

Within the field of public law I work on 'alternative review of government action', impact assessment, regulatory cooperation, consultation and peer review. I am interested in the actual effects that public law mechanisms have on the behaviour of government actors and in how better design of those mechanisms can improve that behaviour from the perspective of citizens.
