Exhibition 95 years of Tilburg University
This year, Tilburg University celebrates its 95th anniversary: a good reason to organize an exhibition on its relationship with the city. The university was founded in 1927 as the Roman Catholic Business School on what was then Bosscheweg, on the site of what is now Interpolis' patio garden.
From November in Cobbenhagen Building
The exhibition will be open from the first week of November, in Cobbenhagen Building. To that end, the university is looking for objects, photographs and video footage from the last century that relate to the history of Tilburg University (formerly also known as Katholieke Hogeschool Tilburg and Katholieke Universiteit Brabant, among other names) in the broadest sense of the word.
Call for objects
The university is asking everyone, former students, members of student and study associations, former and present employees, and people connected to the university or student life in other ways: everyone who has relevant objects, photos, or video footage is kindly requested to contact us. The university has templates for donation and loan agreements for this purpose.
